Ingredients

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • for garnish fresh herbs (such as dill or parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then drizzle with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Season each fillet with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Generously sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the top of the salmon, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  5. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down. Lay lemon slices on top of each fillet for added flavor.
  6. Air fry the salmon at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the air fryer and garnish with fresh herbs.
