Apple Cinnamon Tea Flavorful Benefits and Recipes
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 apple any variety, cored and sliced
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (optional)
- 2 bags tea (black tea or herbal, based on preference)

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the sliced apple and cinnamon stick to the boiling water, stirring gently.
- If using, add the grated ginger to enhance the spiciness and depth of flavor.
- Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the apple and cinnamon to infuse their flavors into the water.
- After 10 minutes, remove the saucepan from heat.
- Add the tea bags to the warm apple-cinnamon infusion and steep for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags, and stir in honey to sweeten your drink, adjusting to your taste.
- Strain the tea into your favorite cup, discarding the apple slices and cinnamon stick.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon on the rim of the cup for an extra zing and an appealing presentation.
