Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mango and avocados.
  2. Add the finely chopped red onion, red bell pepper, and minced jalapeño to the bowl.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped cilantro while ensuring not to mash the avocados.
  4. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture, ensuring that all ingredients are lightly coated.
  5. Season the salsa with salt and pepper to taste, mixing gently to combine all the flavors.
  6. Let the salsa sit for about 10-15 minutes at room temperature to allow the flavors to meld together.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips, on tacos, or as a topping for grilled fish or chicken.
