Baked Apple Fritters Irresistible and Easy Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.25 teaspoon baking soda

- 0.25 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tablespoon milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and applesauce until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the diced apples gently, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
