- 3 whole ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and mashed bananas, mixing well until smooth.
- Stir in the brown sugar, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Add the baking soda and salt, mix until incorporated.
- Gradually fold in the all-purpose flour until just blended. Be careful not to overmix.
- If using, fold in the chopped walnuts and mini chocolate chips for added texture and flavor.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
