Ingredients
- 3 whole ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.25 cup powdered sugar

- 1 package vanilla wafers

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until well combined. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and a sprinkle of cinnamon into the pudding mixture. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form to create a whipped cream.
- Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully incorporated.
- In a 9x9 inch dish, start layering by placing a layer of vanilla wafers at the bottom.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas over the wafers, then spread half of the pudding mixture over the bananas.
- Repeat the layers, adding more vanilla wafers, slices of banana, and finish with the remaining pudding mixture on top.
- Spread the remaining whipped cream over the top layer of pudding to create a fluffy finish.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the wafers to soften.
- Before serving, dust the top with a light sprinkle of cinnamon and garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra touch.
