Bang Bang Chicken Sliders Flavorful Delight in Minutes
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 0.5 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 0.25 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste salt and pepper
- 8 mini slider buns
- as needed lettuce leaves for garnish
- as needed sliced cucumbers for topping
- as needed sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Panko breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into small patties, about the size of your slider buns.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and golden brown. Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth. Adjust the amount of sriracha depending on how spicy you want the sauce.
- Toast the slider buns lightly on the pan or in a toaster. Spread a generous layer of Bang Bang sauce on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a piece of cooked chicken patty, a few lettuce leaves, and pickled cucumber slices.
- Drizzle a little more Bang Bang sauce on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and cap with the top half of the buns.
- Arrange the sliders on a platter and serve with extra Bang Bang sauce on the side for dipping.
