BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza Flavorful and Easy Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 large flatbreads
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 0.5 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce until well coated. Set aside.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
- Lightly brush the top of each flatbread with olive oil to help them crisp up in the oven.
- Evenly distribute the BBQ chicken mixture over each flatbread.
- Scatter the sliced red onion over the chicken, followed by the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- If desired, sprinkle thinly sliced jalapeños over the pizza for some extra heat.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper, then place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the flatbread is crispy.
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle fresh cilantro over the top for added flavor and freshness.
