Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits (16.3 oz)
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

  • 0 for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to blend the flavors.
  3. Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella and a teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Gather the edges of the biscuit and pinch them together to seal the cheese inside, forming a ball.
  6. Dip each cheese-filled biscuit ball into the seasoned garlic butter mixture, making sure to coat it well.
  7. Place the butter-coated biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
  8. Brush any remaining garlic butter over the tops of the biscuit balls for extra flavor.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  10. Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a minute. Then, drizzle with any remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
