Best Recipe for Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Bombs
Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits (16.3 oz)
- 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 cup butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to blend the flavors.
- Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
- Place about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella and a teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese in the center of each biscuit.
- Gather the edges of the biscuit and pinch them together to seal the cheese inside, forming a ball.
- Dip each cheese-filled biscuit ball into the seasoned garlic butter mixture, making sure to coat it well.
- Place the butter-coated biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
- Brush any remaining garlic butter over the tops of the biscuit balls for extra flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
