Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, diced avocado, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lime juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
- If using, fold in the chopped cilantro for an added burst of flavor.
- Lay out the individual lettuce leaves on a serving platter.
- Spoon an ample amount of the chicken salad mixture onto each lettuce leaf.
- Roll the lettuce around the chicken salad like a wrap or fold it over, depending on the size of the leaf.
- Arrange the wraps on a plate and serve immediately or chill for 15-20 minutes for a refreshing twist.
