Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer on low speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Add in the buffalo sauce and mix until well incorporated, adjusting the amount of sauce for your desired level of heat.
  3. Stir in the crumbled blue cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Mix everything together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and give it one final stir.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving, which allows the flavors to meld beautifully.
  6. Serve chilled with fresh celery sticks and carrot sticks for dipping.
