Buffalo Chicken Dip Flavorful and Easy Party Snack
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (preferably rotisserie)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 2 pieces green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- 1 serving Tortilla chips or celery sticks (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled blue cheese (if using). Make sure all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and heated through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with sliced green onions on top for an added pop of color and flavor.
