Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (preferably rotisserie)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 2 pieces green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 serving Tortilla chips or celery sticks (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled blue cheese (if using). Make sure all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and heated through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions on top for an added pop of color and flavor.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips or celery sticks for dipping.
