Buffalo Chicken Dip Loaded with Flavorful Goodness
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
- 0.5 cup ranch dressing
- 0.25 cup chopped green onions
- 0.25 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1 serving tortilla chips or celery sticks for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth.
- Add in the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is well combined.
- If using, fold in the crumbled blue cheese and half of the chopped green onions for added flavor.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake the dip in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it’s bubbly and the edges are slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining chopped green onions over the top for garnish.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or crunchy celery sticks for dipping.
