Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onions
  • 0.25 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1 serving tortilla chips or celery sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add in the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is well combined.
  4. If using, fold in the crumbled blue cheese and half of the chopped green onions for added flavor.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake the dip in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it’s bubbly and the edges are slightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining chopped green onions over the top for garnish.
  8. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crunchy celery sticks for dipping.
