- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0 optional marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Take one biscuit and flatten it into a circle using your fingers or a rolling pin.
- Place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of the biscuit.
- Drizzle a small amount of the garlic butter mixture over the cheese.
- Gather the edges of the biscuit and pinch them together to seal the cheese inside, forming a ball.
- Repeat the process with the remaining biscuits, placing each cheese bomb seam-side down on the lined baking sheet.
- Once all the cheese bombs are assembled, brush the rest of the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of each one.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before sprinkling with fresh parsley.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
