Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon chai spice blend (or ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon ginger, and a pinch of cardamom)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added texture)
  • as needed cubes ice (optional for a colder smoothie)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the canned pumpkin puree and frozen banana.
  2. Pour in the almond milk, and add the chai spice blend, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chia seeds (if using).
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  4. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
  6. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.

💡 Chef's Notes

Garnish with extra chai spice and a cinnamon stick for presentation.
