Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • to taste fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cut fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Bake the fries in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
  4. While the fries are baking, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  5. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the cooked ground beef over the top. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, allowing it to melt in the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create a creamy sauce.
  7. Once the cheese is melted, remove the loaded fries from the oven and top with diced pickles, diced tomatoes, and chopped red onion.
  8. Drizzle the creamy sauce over the top and garnish with chopped parsley.
  9. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy your delicious cheeseburger loaded fries!
