Ingredients

  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 0.5 cup fresh green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika (optional for a smoky flavor)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  2. Lay each flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cheese and bacon mixture evenly across the surface of each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Starting from one edge, carefully roll up each tortilla tightly into a log shape. Repeat until all tortillas are filled and rolled.
  4. Once rolled, you can wrap each roll in plastic wrap for 30 minutes in the fridge to firm up (optional but recommended for easier slicing).
  5. After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into approximately 1-inch pieces. Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter.
  6. Optionally, you can drizzle a bit of olive oil and sprinkle some extra green onions over the top for garnish before serving.

💡 Chef's Notes

Display the roll-ups on a colorful platter and serve with a side of creamy ranch dip for extra flavor.
