Cheesy Burger Bliss Dip: A Crowd-Pleasing Appetizer
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 2 mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard (yellow or Dijon)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 2 salt
- 1 4 black pepper
- 1 4 cup sliced pickles (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 serving tortilla chips or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook on low heat, stirring frequently until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is creamy and well combined, about 5 minutes.
- Once everything is mixed, stir in the sliced pickles for an extra tangy flavor.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, and garnish with additional pickle slices on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced baguette for dipping.
