- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1 4 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- as needed cooking spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray or butter.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles as indicated on the package.
- Place a generous spoonful of the chicken-cheese mixture at the wider end of each crescent triangle.
- Starting from the wide end, roll up each triangle towards the point, encasing the filling. Tuck the ends slightly to seal them if desired.
- Arrange the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
