Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • as needed cooking spray or butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles as indicated on the package.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of the chicken-cheese mixture at the wider end of each crescent triangle.
  5. Starting from the wide end, roll up each triangle towards the point, encasing the filling. Tuck the ends slightly to seal them if desired.
  6. Arrange the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
