Ingredients
- 1 large baguette or Italian loaf

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the baguette in half lengthwise to create two equal halves.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well-blended.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over the cut sides of the baguette.
- In a separate bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese together. Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over both halves of the bread.
- Place the prepared bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey and bubbly.
