Cheesy Garlic Bread Melts Irresistible and Flavorful Dish
Ingredients
- 1 large loaf crusty French bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place the halves on a baking sheet cut-side up.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- In another bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. Sprinkle an even layer of the cheese mixture on top of the garlic butter on each half of the bread.
- Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the cheese layer for added richness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a minute. Then, slice into individual pieces for serving.
