Cheesy Roasted Garlic Dip: A Creamy Indulgence for Every Occasion
Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 6 cloves of garlic, roasted
- 0.25 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roast the garlic: Wrap the cloves of garlic in aluminum foil with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until tender and caramelized. Allow to cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, sour cream, and dried thyme.
- Squeeze the roasted garlic out of its skins and mash it into a paste. Add this to the cheese mixture and season with salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Drizzle with a little olive oil on top for added flavor and a nice crust.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly with a golden top.
- Remove from oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve warm with sliced baguette, pita chips, or fresh vegetable sticks.
