Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Garlic Bread Recipe Delight
Ingredients
- 1 large loaf Italian bread
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise, creating two long pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter and minced garlic until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on the cut sides of the bread.
- Place the bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Evenly distribute the chicken and Alfredo mixture on the garlic buttered sides of the bread.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread turn golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Slice into individual pieces.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
