Chili Lime Grilled Corn Flavorful and Simple Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 ears fresh corn, husked
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lime zest of
- 2 limes juice of

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk threads. Rinse and pat dry.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, lime zest, lime juice, and salt until well combined.
- Brush the corn evenly with the chili lime mixture. Reserve some for basting while grilling.
- Place the corn directly on the grill grates and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning every 3-5 minutes, until the kernels are charred and tender.
- During grilling, baste the corn occasionally with the reserved chili lime mixture for extra flavor.
- Once cooked, remove the corn from the grill and let it cool for a minute.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and sprinkle with crumbled Cotija cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
