Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip Irresistible Treat
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 0.33 cup cream cheese, softened
- 0.25 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the all-purpose flour on a baking sheet and bake for about 5-7 minutes to heat-treat it. Let it cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract to the mixture. Beat until fully combined and smooth.
- Gradually add the cooled, heat-treated flour and salt into the mixture. Stir with a spatula or mix on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the cookie dough dip.
- If the dip is too thick, slowly mix in the milk, a tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
- Cover the dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up and let the flavors meld. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit for dipping.
