Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency (usually about 20-25 minutes).
  3. While the ice cream is churning, gently melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
  4. Once the ice cream is churned, transfer half of it into a freezer-safe container. Drizzle half of the melted chocolate and half of the peanut butter over the ice cream, then use a knife or skewer to swirl it gently.
  5. Add the remaining ice cream on top, followed by the remaining chocolate and peanut butter, swirling again for a marbled effect. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top for added crunch.
  6. Cover the container tightly and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm before serving.

💡 Chef's Notes

For best results, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
