Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional for sweetness)
  • as needed cubes ice (optional, for thickness)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the unsweetened almond milk, ripe banana, and chocolate protein powder.
  2. Add the frozen raspberries, almond butter, chia seeds, and honey (if using).
  3. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a few fresh raspberries on top, if desired.
