Ingredients

  • 1 can cinnamon roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • to taste Maple syrup for serving
  • to taste Powdered sugar for dusting
  • optional Fresh berries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate them. Cut each roll into quarters.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sugar until well combined.
  4. Dip each piece of the cinnamon roll into the egg mixture, ensuring all sides are coated, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then drizzle it over the coated cinnamon roll bites on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. If desired, drizzle with the icing that came with the cinnamon roll dough.
  8. Serve warm with maple syrup and a dusting of powdered sugar. Garnish with fresh berries if desired.

💡 Chef's Notes

Serve warm for the best flavor. Fresh berries can be added for garnish.
