Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bites Delightful Treat
Ingredients
- 1 can cinnamon roll dough (8 rolls)
- 3 large eggs
- 0.5 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- to taste Maple syrup for serving
- to taste Powdered sugar for dusting
- optional Fresh berries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate them. Cut each roll into quarters.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sugar until well combined.
- Dip each piece of the cinnamon roll into the egg mixture, ensuring all sides are coated, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then drizzle it over the coated cinnamon roll bites on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. If desired, drizzle with the icing that came with the cinnamon roll dough.
- Serve warm with maple syrup and a dusting of powdered sugar. Garnish with fresh berries if desired.
