Cinnamon Sugar Baked Peaches Easy and Delicious Dessert
Ingredients
- 4 pieces ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 4 cup rolled oats
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 optional Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Place the peach halves cut-side up in a baking dish and drizzle melted butter over them.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the peaches, ensuring they are well coated.
- Add rolled oats to the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture in the bowl and stir until combined, then sprinkle this oat mixture over the peaches for added texture.
- Drizzle the vanilla extract over the entire dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and the sugar is bubbling and caramelized.
