Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture in batches, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
  4. Once fully combined, add the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and gently fold them into the mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture into an airtight container, spreading it evenly. Top with additional crushed cookies for garnish.
  6. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. When ready to serve, scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!

💡 Chef's Notes

For best results, let the ice cream freeze overnight.
