Cookies & Cream No-Churn Ice Cream Delightful Treat
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture in batches, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
- Once fully combined, add the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and gently fold them into the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into an airtight container, spreading it evenly. Top with additional crushed cookies for garnish.
- Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- When ready to serve, scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!
