Cranberry Jalapeño Dip Irresistible and Flavorful Snack
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 whole fresh jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 2 Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1 4 cup honey
- 1 4 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, add the cranberries and 1/4 cup of water.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10-12 minutes until the cranberries burst and soften. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the cooled cranberry mixture, finely chopped jalapeño, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more honey for sweetness or salt for flavor, if desired.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if using.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
