Creamy Cheeseburger Soup Hearty and Flavorful Delight
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- for garnish fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic, diced carrots, and celery to the pot. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the diced potatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Add the frozen peas and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley on top.
