Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 2 sour cream
  • 1 2 mayonnaise
  • 2 fresh jalapenos, finely chopped (remove seeds for less heat)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Using a hand mixer, blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the finely chopped jalapenos, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until evenly distributed.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are combined.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, top with freshly chopped cilantro for a burst of color and flavor.

Serve with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or pita bread. Garnish with additional jalapeno slices and cilantro.
