Crispy Air Fryer Shrimp Quick and Tasty Delight
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 2 large eggs, beaten
- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- In another dish, place the beaten eggs.
- In a third shallow dish, add the panko breadcrumbs.
- Take each shrimp and first dredge it in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Next, dip the shrimp in the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Finally, coat the shrimp in the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with olive oil to help achieve a crispy texture.
- Air fry the shrimp for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

For extra heat, add more cayenne pepper.
