Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then each half into 4-6 wedges, depending on your preferred thickness.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil until they are evenly coated.
