Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0 to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • 0 optional fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss well until all fries are evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned sweet potato fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for the best crispiness.
  4. Air fry the sweet potato fries for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure they cook evenly. Fry until they're golden and crispy on the outside.
  5. Once cooked, remove the fries from the basket and serve immediately. If desired, garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color.
