Ingredients

  • 1 package chocolate graham crackers
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese until smooth and well-combined. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups of milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Repeat the same process with the vanilla pudding mix and set both pudding mixtures aside.
  3. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, lay a single layer of chocolate graham crackers at the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the layer of graham crackers, smoothing it with a spatula.
  5. Next, pour half of the chocolate pudding over the peanut butter layer, smoothing it out evenly.
  6. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the chocolate pudding.
  7. Spread the remaining peanut butter mixture over the new layer of graham crackers, then pour the vanilla pudding over the top, smoothing it out.
  8. Finish with another layer of graham crackers, then spread the whipped topping evenly over the top layer.
  9. To garnish, sprinkle chocolate chips and crushed peanuts on top of the whipped topping.
  10. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set perfectly.
  11. Once ready to serve, cut into squares and enjoy your delightful indulgence!
