Delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 package chocolate graham crackers
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup chocolate chips (for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese until smooth and well-combined. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups of milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Repeat the same process with the vanilla pudding mix and set both pudding mixtures aside.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, lay a single layer of chocolate graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the layer of graham crackers, smoothing it with a spatula.
- Next, pour half of the chocolate pudding over the peanut butter layer, smoothing it out evenly.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the chocolate pudding.
- Spread the remaining peanut butter mixture over the new layer of graham crackers, then pour the vanilla pudding over the top, smoothing it out.
- Finish with another layer of graham crackers, then spread the whipped topping evenly over the top layer.
- To garnish, sprinkle chocolate chips and crushed peanuts on top of the whipped topping.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set perfectly.
- Once ready to serve, cut into squares and enjoy your delightful indulgence!
