Delicious Garlic Butter Steak Bites Ready in Minutes
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
- Once the oil is hot, add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for about 2-3 minutes without moving them around to develop a nice crust.
- Flip the steak bites over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they reach your desired doneness (medium rare is recommended).
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the butter, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary to the skillet.
- Stir continuously until the butter melts and coats the steak bites while infusing flavor; this should take about 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the lemon zest and fresh parsley over the steak bites. Toss to combine.
- Serve the garlic butter steak bites immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
