Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
  3. Open the can of crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as per the package instructions.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, take one triangle of dough and place about a tablespoon of the cheeseburger mixture in the center of the triangle.
  5. Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the meat mixture and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Repeat this for the remaining dough and filling.
  6. Place the formed cheeseburger bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are spaced apart.
  7. Brush each bomb with olive oil for a golden crust.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  10. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

💡 Chef's Notes

Serve the cheeseburger bombs on a platter with a side of dipping sauce, such as ketchup or mustard, for an added touch. You can also sprinkle some extra parmesan on top before serving for enhanced flavor and visual appeal.
