Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, marshmallow fluff, softened butter, and vanilla extract.
  2. Using an electric mixer on low speed, blend the ingredients together until combined.
  3. Gradually add in the milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired icing consistency (smooth but thick enough to hold shape).
  4. If the icing is too thick, add more milk; if too thin, add a bit more powdered sugar.
  5. Add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness and mix until fully combined.
  6. Once the icing is smooth and fluffy, it’s ready to be spread or piped onto your desserts of choice.
