Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
  • 1 leaves Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 12 equal squares.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the pepperoni slices, mozzarella cheese, and Italian seasoning; mix well.
  4. Take one square of pizza dough and place a spoonful of the pepperoni mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges tightly to create a sealed ball shape.
  6. Repeat this process with the remaining dough squares and filling mixture.
  7. Place the pizza bombs on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  8. Brush the tops of the pizza bombs with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder for extra flavor.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
  11. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping and garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
