Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cooled espresso, milk, cookie dough, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, ensuring the cookie dough is thoroughly mixed in.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more condensed milk if desired. Blend again if necessary.
  4. Once blended to your desired consistency, pour the frappe into tall glasses.
  5. Top generously with whipped cream and sprinkle crushed chocolate cookies on top for added texture and decoration.
