Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups Flavor Packed Dish
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 0.5 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess grease, if necessary.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Add the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese to the beef mixture, allowing the cheese to melt into the warm beef. Stir well.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a lightly floured surface. Separate it into triangles as per package instructions.
- Place a generous spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture at the wide end of each crescent triangle. Roll it up tightly, starting from the wide end to the point.
- Place the rolled-up burgers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced slightly apart.
- Brush the tops of the rollups with melted butter for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they are beautifully golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a moment before garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
💡 Chef's Notes
Arrange the rollups on a platter and serve with dipping sauces like ketchup or a creamy ranch. You can sprinkle additional parsley for a pop of color.
