Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess grease, if necessary.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese to the beef mixture, allowing the cheese to melt into the warm beef. Stir well.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a lightly floured surface. Separate it into triangles as per package instructions.
  6. Place a generous spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture at the wide end of each crescent triangle. Roll it up tightly, starting from the wide end to the point.
  7. Place the rolled-up burgers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced slightly apart.
  8. Brush the tops of the rollups with melted butter for a golden finish.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they are beautifully golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool for a moment before garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve warm.

💡 Chef's Notes

Arrange the rollups on a platter and serve with dipping sauces like ketchup or a creamy ranch. You can sprinkle additional parsley for a pop of color.
