Ingredients

  • 4 fillets tilapia
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • for serving lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Generously spoon the garlic butter mixture over each tilapia fillet, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of each fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the tilapia flakes easily with a fork and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute.
  8. Serve the tilapia with lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
