Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the drained and rinsed chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel and pat them dry thoroughly. This step is crucial for achieving maximum crispiness.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dry chickpeas, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to ensure all the chickpeas are evenly coated in the oil and seasonings.
