Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs Recipe Delight
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices crispy bacon, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- optional ketchup and mustard for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball. Set aside.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disk using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place a beef ball in the center of each biscuit disk. Gently fold the edges of the biscuit over the beef ball and pinch to seal completely (like a pocket).
- Arrange the filled bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley for extra flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown and the beef is cooked through.
- Let the bombs cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them as is or with ketchup and mustard on the side.
