Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • optional ketchup and mustard for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball. Set aside.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disk using your hands or a rolling pin.
  5. Place a beef ball in the center of each biscuit disk. Gently fold the edges of the biscuit over the beef ball and pinch to seal completely (like a pocket).
  6. Arrange the filled bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley for extra flavor.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown and the beef is cooked through.
  8. Let the bombs cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them as is or with ketchup and mustard on the side.
