Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 2 Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 4 cup breadcrumbs, preferably panko
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with the minced garlic, melted butter, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to ensure the shrimp are evenly coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and chopped parsley. This will be your topping.
  4. Spread the shrimp mixture evenly in a greased baking dish. Evenly sprinkle the cheese and breadcrumb topping over the shrimp.
  5. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the topping is golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.

Garnish with extra parsley if desired before serving.
