Garlic Parmesan Baked Shrimp Quick and Tasty Dish
Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 2 Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 4 cup breadcrumbs, preferably panko
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with the minced garlic, melted butter, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to ensure the shrimp are evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and chopped parsley. This will be your topping.
- Spread the shrimp mixture evenly in a greased baking dish. Evenly sprinkle the cheese and breadcrumb topping over the shrimp.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the topping is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
