Garlic Parmesan Baked Shrimp Quick and Tasty Meal
Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a light coat of butter.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl, and toss until they’re fully coated in the garlic butter mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the shrimp evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a smaller bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture evenly over the shrimp in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and the topping is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving for an added touch of color and flavor.
