Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs Flavorful and Easy
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Open the package of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each biscuit.
- Take one biscuit and flatten it out in your hand or on a clean surface, making it about 3 inches in diameter.
- Place approximately 1-2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit.
- Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal completely.
- Place the sealed bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all the filling or biscuits are used.
- Brush the tops of the cheeseburger bombs with melted butter and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley for garnish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy while warm!
