Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Open the package of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each biscuit.
  4. Take one biscuit and flatten it out in your hand or on a clean surface, making it about 3 inches in diameter.
  5. Place approximately 1-2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  6. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal completely.
  7. Place the sealed bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all the filling or biscuits are used.
  8. Brush the tops of the cheeseburger bombs with melted butter and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley for garnish.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy while warm!
