Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs Savory Snack Delight
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Form the beef mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, and set aside.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles. For each triangle, you will wrap a beef ball.
- Place a beef ball at the widest part of each triangle and roll it towards the point, enclosing the beef completely. Pinch the seams to ensure there are no openings.
- Place the bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter to promote browning and add flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the beef is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately for the best flavor.
